Smell
This product arrived in the same large silver foil bag as BBOB’s Black Cherry Punch. We tore open the package and immediately detected a strong earthy citrus aroma. It smelled like fresh limes that had just been picked which is exactly what you generally get from Ultra Sour. A tart citrus not sweet.
Appearance
Just like previous products from this brand, BBOB included a large humidity shield in the bag which definitely helped keep the buds fresh. They were approximately medium in size if not a tad larger, spongy yet solid texture and covered in a thick layer of trichomes which were surrounded by curly orange hairs. If we had to complain about one thing it would probably be the excess leaf in certain areas.
Flavour
The flavour profile followed a very similar path to the aroma which is what you’d expect from Ultra Sour. On inhale there was a distinct earthy lime slice flavour which had the earthy undertone amplified on exhale with a hint of black pepper bite at the end. A fairly smooth smoke too.

Our bag was listed with 24.8% THC and a cost of $143.95 for 28 grams. We discovered that, similar to their other products, this one offers great value for the price. Although it is labelled as a sativa, its effects lean more towards the body rather than the mind. It produces a mild sense of calmness mentally, while delivering a strong and heavy physical sensation. Overall, Big Bag O Buds’ Ultra Sour is highly satisfying and won’t let you down.
