Another Edison product!
We like this brand but we’ve found they’ve been hit and miss. For example, Black Cherry Punch from Edison was one of our top rated reviews however their Samurai Spy strain was a big miss (at least for us) so we’re delighted to try Edison Cannabis Co ICC (Ice Cream Cake).
Ice Cream Cake is an indica-dominant strain that was created by mixing Wedding Cake and Gelato #33. Many users love this bud for it’s creamy flavour profile with sweet hints of vanilla. So how does this strain compare to Edison’s other products? Is it a winner like Black Cherry or a loser like Samurai Spy?
Smell
As far as buds goes, this smell was difficult to put a finger on since we’ve never had ICC aka Ice Cream Cake before. A strong sweet lemon icing flavor with a hint of pepper. Talk about an unusual but distinct smell.
Appearance
Medium sized buds rocking a mix of dense dark green leaves, bright orange-brown hairs, and a light frosting of trichomes. Definitely happy to pose for a selfie!
Flavour
What an interestingly strong taste. Sweet vanilla with a hint of citrusy lemon cake … I wouldn’t have believed it either but the flavour is definitely district.
Experience
A unique smell and tasty flavour make this strain enjoyable. It does come with a heavy mental fog so should be taken with caution if one doesn’t want an unannounced day-time nap.
