We thought Figr’s Black Cherry Punch was a pretty decent indica strain so we were curious about the quality of their sativa dominant plants – particularly Kali Mist from the Go Elevate line. Their website describes it as being a cross two sativa-dominant plants in order to capture the unique aroma.
Not a whole lot of detail but we were still curious to try.
So how does it stack up? Check our review, rating and photos below.
Popping open the container’s cap and tearing off the seal, it is immediately noticeable that Figr Go Elevate didn’t include a moisture pack which affects aroma. Unfortunately the smell was faint and we only noticed a small (very small) hint of very … this was disappointing.
Of course we empty the container out to inspect the contents thoroughly. What an attractive flower! Tight, compact and vibrant green buds that are covered in orange pistils. Plus, a light coating of trichomes act as a nice glaze finish.
Its always interesting when reading a terpene profile of a strain and then tasting the flower. In this case, the flavor is light and smooth. It reminded me of warm sweet berry jam. Yummy but subtle.
Kali Mist from Figr delivers a good overall buzz and experience. It is a calm relaxing high that still lets you be mentally alert. No naps after smoking this one.
