Flint & Embers GSC Kush Review

GSC Kush from Flint & Embers is an indica-dominant strain with a strong parental lineage that is connected to GSC (Girl Scout Cookies) and Conspiracy Kush.

Flint & Embers GSC Kush is an indica-dominant hybrid strain that was created by crossing GSC (Girl Scout Cookies) with Conspiracy Kush.

The end result is a potent flower with a high THC potential that features a fresh earthy aroma combined with peppery undertones. Flint & Embers cultivates their GSC Kush indoors before hand-harvesting, slowly drying/curing and finally trimming to ensure their customers receive the very best.

This sounds great but how does GSC Kush from Flint & Embers compare to similar products like Canna Farms GSC?

Smell

The product arrived in an industry standard black plastic container. We opened and lid, took a deep inhale and were met with an aroma that was initially hard to identify. But over the course of a few minutes the earthy hops smell sprinkled with very mild citrus and pepper undertones came to life. Perhaps the product just needed to breath a bit.

Appearance

What a magnificent creation! Layered in yellowish amber-like trichomes with wonderful shades ranging from light green to dark and even transforming into purple! Intertwined are bright orange snake-like hairs. Visually GSC Kush from Flint & Embers looks incredible.

Flavour

The challenge of identifying the aroma persisted with the flavour profile. Initially there was a strong earthy taste but this transformed to include a distinct peppery flavour as the joint burned. Although we couldn’t put our finger on it right away the flavour profile for this product was quite enjoyable.

Experience

Listed as having 22.7% THC content, GSC Kush from Flint & Embers certainly did not disappoint. This cultivar delivered a very strong buzz that was split between mind and body. Prepare for glassy eyes and a heightened physical awareness that keeps your body hairs tingling with mental pulses of day-dream moments. Great when you don’t have things to do otherwise save this for your down time to chill and veg! Overall a great product at a very reasonable price point.

Since high school my friends and I have been recreational cannabis users so we decided to start Merry Jade after legalization in 2019. We review and photograph the different products then share them on this website. The rating system we use is called “SAFE” which stands for Smell, Appearance, Flavour and Experience. Each category gets a score out of 10.

Have your say!

  1. Obviously your cut of what you call GSC Kush is different from what I have right now because what I have is Girl Scout cookie crossed with rolex OG! I’m sure yours is amazing however f*** the LP’s I know that’s how you’re making more money and testing that and putting it online because it’s legal but I think its just crap, there’s very few companies that know how to preserve and actually cure weed properly and then keep it humidified with say a Boveda pack, which is very simple but a lot of them just use CO2 to dry it and the terpenes are lost and the whole experience is blown. However there are some companies cuz I’ve tried a lot of the stuff I’m a medical patient but I don’t order from anywhere anymore I got my own people on the street and I don’t even care cuz it’s 10 × maybe even twenty times cheaper cuz I’m not paying $58.95 tax for a craft eigth and then they had it $72 plus tax for 1/8 of 24% weed in Windsor Ontario at one of these recreational pot shops. I think you guys have a cool thing that you do and I would enjoy doing it as well cuz I know a lot about growing, science and marijuana itself and I like to read up on new stuff. I don’t know if you’ve heard about thcp which is 30 times or 300% stronger than thc and it also contains cbdp and it’s only in Italy and the Italian military grows it apparently LOL! It’s only in testing stages literally were there looking under microscopes, so it’ll be awhile I’m sure before we try it.
