Highland Grow describes their Gaelic Fire strain as delivering a long-lasting and tranquil experience which maes it a great product to unwind with at the end of the day.
Plus, the description states it has a high-THC ratio and delivers fast-acting and semi-sedative effects, relieving tension and soothing discomfort. The plant itself has a gassy, citrus and sour flavour profile with buds ranging from frosty forest green to pale purple in colour.
The description sounds wonderful, but how does Gaelic Fire from Highland actually measure up?

The product arrived in an industry standard black bag with resealable top. Opening the seal released a mild aroma of spicy herbal hops with a very subtle citrus or pine undertone. Even though the smell was mild, it was pleasant… but given the strain’s name we were expecting something more potent.
We dumped out the contents and were immediately impressed by the visual appearance of Gaelic Fire. Dense, small, popcorn to medium sized dry buds. The buds were really dry and some excess leaf was noted but otherwise well groomed. Lush shades of green, blended with very rich orange hairs, and an amicable amount of trichomes.
True to its name, Highland Grow’s Gaelic Fire is just that. A powder keg. Hits with a strong spicy herbal or gassy flavour that burns just a bit before morphing into an herbally aftertaste. The smell is the heads up and the flavour is the pow.
Gaelic Fire has some kick and is strong. Aside from the heavy feeling of relaxation which can leave your eyes a little tired, there is little in the way of mental distraction. A nice physically relaxing buzz that leaves you able to focus which is perfect for some binge watching. This one is definitely ideal for after work.
