Original Stash OS Indica Review

OS Indica from Original Stash is a blend of two carefully selected indica flower strains which produces a darker plant with high THC potential.

Original Stash is known for their natural grow process that include hybrid greenhouses. So when we recently heard about Original Stash OS Indica… we jumped at the chance to review. When we ordered our package there was only 28 gram bags available but the price was quite reasonable.

We’re curious how this product compares to Original Stash’s OS Reserve strain or their newly released OS.ONE Powdered Donuts strain.

Smell

Tearing open this bag of Original Stash’s OS Indica produced a mild and pleasant aroma of lemons with a touch of pine needles is detected. Not overpowering but definitely nice smelling.

Appearance

These buds are a vibrant barrage of green and thickly covered in trichomes, like frosting on a cake. Your first impression is that these small buds are going to be sticky to touch for sure!

Flavour

Consistency is always appreciated and OS Indica delivers with the same lemon and hint of pine needles noted earlier. Its a pleasant and smooth flavour. However it was a bit harsh due to the product drying out a bit in the bag.

Experience

Our bag was labelled lot number (L) AAA-112879 and packaged on November 10, 2020. Listed with 17.4% THC content and a price tag of $65.95 for 14 grams, we found Original Stash’s OS Indica offered decent value for the money. Available in a wonderful abundance at a great price point, this strong heavy buzz inducing and relaxing smoke is definitely a winner. This seems like a prime choice for incorporating into edibles given the great quantity, and volume.

Since high school my friends and I have been recreational cannabis users so we decided to start Merry Jade after legalization in 2019. We review and photograph the different products then share them on this website. The rating system we use is called “SAFE” which stands for Smell, Appearance, Flavour and Experience. Each category gets a score out of 10.

  2. I just grabbed this one from my local dispensary on Monday. I’m like you guys and have a good THC tolerance but this pretty good value for the price. I think probably comparable with an 18% THC content. Plus, when I opened the bag it had a nice dank smell with a decent amount of crystals. I would give it a 7 or 8.
