Pure Sunfarms describes Headband being grown in a high-tech greenhouse where each bud is carefully trimmed and hand-groomed to precise standards. According to their website this strain features dense, elegantly contoured flowers that show a range of green colours under a layer of trichomes.
Headband is known for several flavours and scents including allspice and nutmeg (caryophyllene), lavender (linalool), lemon and coriander seeds (humulene).
But how does Headband from Pure Sunfarms measure up?

The product arrives in an industry standard medium size zip bag. Opening the bag released a distinct pepper aroma, it was hard to detect any other smells due to the peppery scent being so strong.
These buds were twiggy and stringy. Stems and excess leafs aside, the bud itself is a dull shade of green and leafy which appear sticky due to the trichome glisten. However the visual appearance is just okay, nothing that will wow or impress you.
For those whom love their black pepper, you’re in flavour country with this one and will have a raw throat to prove it. As harsh as one can imagine, the flavour is strong from start to finish.
Headband does less of a number on the head and more of one on the body. A decent lethargic buzz that leaves you feeling a bit tired but not one that will knock you out.
