Tantalus Labs Slurri Crasher Review & Cannabis Photos

Slurri Crasher from Tantalus Labs is described as being an indica-dominant strain with high THC potential. It was created by crossing Slurricane and Wedding Crasher.

Slurri Crasher is the result of combining two well-celebrated strains, Slurricane and Wedding Crasher. The result is an indica-dominant strain that is capable of pulling flavours and bag appeal from both.

Tantalus Labs says they cultivate this strain so that it produces dense colourful flowers with an intense turpentine smell. They describe the taste as a mix between lemony citrus and gassy fuel. Interesting combination for sure.

We’ve reviewed Tantalus Labs LA Kush Cake and Sky Pilot… both were solid products that impressed us.

But how does Slurri Crasher from Tantalus Labs measure up?

Check our review, rating and photos below.

Smell

Slurri Crasher from Tantalus Labs arrived in an industry standard white plastic container with resealable lid. We removed the top and immediately recognized the very strong aroma of pine and lemon with an undertone of gassy diesel. Very exciting and exactly how the aroma was described. So far so good…

Appearance

Slurri Crasher has interesting appearance. The buds feature tones of dark forest green mixed with olive green that seem to blend through from end to end. In addition, the trichome crystals have a fuzzy appearance that make the buds look like they were dipped in a kief-coloured sauce. To put it simple, Slurri Crasher looks great.

Flavour

Based off the description we hoped (and expected) for a lemony citrus flavour. However smoking it tasted closer to a smooth woody flavour with faint hint of pine and diesel. The taste was okay but not what was expected.

Experience

Now here is where things got a bit disappointing. Tantalus Labs’ Slurri Crasher was just an average high, best described as a mild high. My mind was vaguely aware of the high while my body buzz for a short time. My face tingled a little bit as if I’d just taken a wet wash cloth off my face. To be honest, we had hoped for more. So far this is the first product from Tantalus we feel is just average.

Summary
Slurri Crasher from Tantalus Labs is a great looking indica-dominant strain, maybe it's best feature. The aroma was strong but the taste and overall high left us wanting something stronger. This is our least favourite Tantalus product so far.

Since high school my friends and I have been recreational cannabis users so we decided to start Cannibros after legalization in 2019. We review and photograph the different products then share them on this website. The rating system we use is called “SAFE” which stands for Smell, Appearance, Flavour and Experience. Each category gets a score out of 10.
